Low VOC Presswash

With the January 1, 2008 implementation of 100 gram per liter VOC restriction in the South Coast Air Quality Management District of Southern California, we have introduced 4 "NEW" Low VOC products to comply with these restrictions. All are less than 100 grams per liter.

I.C. Hydroblend - 99

I.C. Hydroblend-99 is a fast acting, water miscible solution. It quickly penetrates and emulsifies the ink, allowing the ink to freely flow down the wash-up blade. I.C. Hydroblend-99 can be used in either automatic systems or for hand application wash-ups.
Used as a single or first step solution, rinsing with plenty of hot water or with I.C. White Wash-99 is highly recommended. Can be used on both rollers and blankets.

I.C. White Wash - 99

I.C. White Wash-99 is a fast acting emulsion.  It leaves no lingering residue. It works excellent by itself as a one step wash-up or as a #2 rinse solution after using I.C. Hydroblend-99. Can also be used as a blanket wash, leaving NO residue, therefore reducing the need for extra start-up waste sheets.

I.C. All Pro-99

I.C. All Pro-99 is a fast acting, NON Acetone based, roller and blanket wash. Can be used to wash rollers and blankets on small presses. Excellent for blankets and fountains on larger presses. No rinsing is required of this product. 

I.C. MRC-99 is a clean and fast acting metering roller cleaner. Non Acetone based, it leaves no residue and won't contaminate water systems.

I.C. Ace-99

I.C. Ace-99 is a faster dry blanket wash. More economical and leaves no residue. Excellent for blankets and ink fountains on larger presses.
